World Mental Health Day is a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
The UOK Brighton & Hove network offers inclusive, free mental health support to all, no matter your circumstances.
We are a Neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, class, race, age and disability friendly service, committed to learning and striving toward a more inclusive and personal-centred approach, by listening to your experience and providing meaningful information and advice according to your need.
Across Brighton and Hove, there is a range of mental health support available. However, we know that it can sometimes be difficult to find out information about services, know how to access them and know which ones are right for you.
Our Brighton-based Central Access Point Team can talk to you about the support that the UOK Brighton & Hove network can provide and discuss how to refer you onto our partner services. We can contact partners directly on your behalf and can also advise on other useful resources that are available.
Call us on Freephone: 0808 196 1768 (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm)
Or arrange a callback here.
