Coastal Wellbeing is offering free WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) courses for carers in East Sussex, starting September 9th, 2024, in Seaford. These six-week courses provide carers with practical tools to manage stress, enhance resilience, and focus on self-care. The course covers topics like identifying triggers, developing wellness tools, and creating action plans.
Additionally, shorter Wellbeing Workshops are available for those with time constraints, offering key insights in a condensed format.
