Southdown’s Brighton and Hove Recovery College, offer FREE educational courses and workshops as a route to recovery from mental health challenges. Courses and Workshops are designed and delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, together with clinical staff and other professionals. The College is provided in partnership with the Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and as part of the UOK Brighton & Hove network.
Our Spring Term will run from Monday 3rd February to Friday 11th April. Please note that the Brighton office has a new address now. This spring term, we’ll be welcoming you to our new home at Isetta Square, 35 New England Street, Brighton, BN1 4GQ.
Enrolment
Enrolment is now open. The College is available for people aged 18+ living in Brighton and Hove with mental health support needs. Carers and people working within the mental health sector are also welcome.

The college will receive your form automatically once you submit this. The enrolment window for Spring term will run from Friday 17th January- Monday 27th January 2025. The College team look forward to welcoming new and returning students.
