Brighton & Hove Recovery College Open Day: Wednesday, 4th September

Brighton & Hove Recovery College, led by UOK’s lead provider Southdown and in partnership with the NHS Sussex Partnership Foundation Trust, is excited to announce an Open Day event to kick off the Autumn term. The Open Day will take place on Wednesday, 4th September 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Brighthelm Centre, Brighton BN1 1YD.

What is the Recovery College?

The Recovery College offers free courses and workshops aimed at helping individuals with mental health challenges take control of their self-care and recovery journey. These courses are specifically designed for those aged 18 and over, living in Brighton and Hove, who have mental health support needs. Carers and mental health professionals are also encouraged to participate.
