Health in Mind, the East Sussex NHS Talking Therapies Service provided by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, is hosting a special event to promote the importance of emotional health and its connection to physical wellbeing.
This community-focused event will be held on Wednesday, 2 October, from 10 am to 12 pm at the Broomgrove Community Centre in Hastings.
What to Expect
At this free event, attendees will have the opportunity to learn life-improving skills aimed at boosting emotional health. The session will also feature a sleep workshop, offering practical tips on how to improve your sleep habits for better overall health.
To make it a relaxing and enjoyable morning, we’ll also be serving tea, coffee, cakes, and snacks, all free of charge. No booking is required, so feel free to drop in!
